Production Manager
In this role the Production Manager will be responsible for directing site manufacturing as well as maintaining oversight responsibility for all imbedded functions of display/carpentry; establish and ensures effective and efficient resource allocation, production personnel and work assignments, tools and materials. Ensures equipment, manufacturing environment and policies and practices preserve and promote safety and efficiency. Incorporate technology appropriately to meet changing requirements and greater efficiencies. Also provides production and cost information to next level of management and determines production schedule to support manufacturing requirements and other related duties such as:
- Train and develop personnel in both technical and administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate capture and recording of manufacturing data (labor, materials, misc.)
- Maintain physical plant and equipment
- Performs other duties in support of production
- Participates in annual performance reviews
- Participates in the interview process regarding new hires
- May act as an active member of project teams with Account Executive, Project Manager, Graphics Designer etc., participating in kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables and pertinent details
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 10 years of exhibit, manufacturing or production experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven management experience in the exhibit industry
- Background in exhibit building / carpentry
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
- Mathematical aptitude
- Some travel required and ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule

Production Tech
The selected individual will be responsible for the production and fabrication of signage programs, custom props and other related projects for trade shows, corporate meetings, events and environments. Additional duties include running lamination machines, mounting and trimming of graphics and assembling vinyl applications, provide complete graphic packages to include all work orders, color proofs and graphic key plans, ensures working knowledge of technology utilized in the production of design and production, participates in meetings with Project Managers to assure accurate and complete labeling, coding, load out of graphics and also maintain and manage storage and cataloging of existing graphics as well as performs other duties as assigned by management
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in a creative graphics/printing environment. Applicants with comparable vocational background or knowledge will be considered.
